This Privacy Policy explains what information GoGreen ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use this website or respond to our survey, why we collect it, and what we do with it. 1. Information we collect

When you complete the survey on this site, we collect:

• your email address;
• your answers to the survey questions, such as whether you are a grower, shop owner, or everyday person, your approximate energy spending, how you currently power things, and which green alternatives interest you; and
• any optional notes you choose to write in the free-text field.

We do not collect payment information, government identification, or any information beyond what you voluntarily submit through the survey form. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this site.

2. How we use your information

We use your survey response and email address to:

• understand what people actually want from GoGreen so we build the right product first;
• contact you about GoGreen, including inviting you to early access when it opens; and
• respond to you if you reach out to us directly.

Survey submissions are delivered by email to our team through Resend, an email delivery service, and are read directly by people working on GoGreen. We do not run your answers through automated profiling, and we do not use them for any purpose beyond building and improving the product and communicating with you about it.

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not share your email address with advertisers.
• We do not use your information for purposes beyond those described in this policy.

4. How your information is stored and secured

Survey submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, which processes the message on our behalf to deliver it and acts as our data processor, bound by its own security and confidentiality practices. We keep survey responses for as long as reasonably necessary to build the product and follow up with respondents, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us at any time to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information from our records; or
• stop contacting you.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@chilltechinnovations.com from the email address you used to submit the survey, and we will action your request within a reasonable time.

6. Children's privacy

GoGreen is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

7. International visitors

GoGreen is operated out of Zambia. If you are accessing this site from outside Zambia, your information may be processed and stored in a jurisdiction with different data protection laws than your own. By using this site, you consent to that processing.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
